I've got my set of workouts i do. Stretches As many pushups i can do. *30-40* As many situps *50-60* Squats usually *10-15* gotta be able to walk afterwards lol then i try to do pushups till muscle failure usually another 20-30 as well i use 2 of my 20 pound safes.. cause i have no weights.. and i do 1 leg leaning squats with them. *lean foward on 1 leg and force urself back up* dunno tech terms. then i use the 20 lb safes and work out my arms whichever way i can rotate them fuckers.. not so easy cause they are bulky.. BUT! i know its ghetto but the shit works, im sweatin balls right now, my arms hurt, my legs hurt, and my stomach hurts.. SOOOOOOOO its getting boring doing these lil workouts.. i dont have money for a gym or i'de bet there! i'm not trying to become huge, just trying to tone my body and gain a little more muscle.. i want the p90x. dont know if anybody has used it before, but i've heard from alot of people its awesome! Does anybody else work out regularly? if so please post ur reps, how many reps u do, what kind of reps, as well as how many times a week you workout.. i know Rap works out, i'de love a word from you pops! i know u got a hellova workout system.. as well as Fr0st, unless ur beaner ass has become lazy.. i know u work out. i dont know about any of the rest of ya, i know alot of us are lazy! lmao and that goes for myself too! PLEASE HELP

a friend of mine said p90x is ridiculous, but in a good way, and hes extremely fit. i dont work out so idk.

well yeah all of what you said is mostly around my range too, but i also like running, but not just running for no apperant reason, thats why sometimes i go to the park and chase after the ball, apperantly you can run for longer periods of time when you are having fun, than if you were doing it for the sole purpose of working out. Also it helps to work out 3 times a day, for about 30- 45 minutes. Waking up early and starting the day with a good work out and a nice shower , while it knocks you out the first time, eventually you will feel more energetic.

This is what works for the raptor!
I dont know anything about the p90. You are on the right track. Do the core work. (crunches, crunches, crunches.) If your core is weak you are going to hurt yourself.
Here is my workout. The days very because I dont want it to feel like a job or I get bored with it.
Day 1 1 mile roadwork. (I like the eliptical because its low impact) 300 crunches
Biceps 4 sets straight bar curls at 70, 80, 90, 100 pounds. (sets of 8) 4 sets dumbell curls at 25, 30, 40, 45 pounds (sets of 8) 4 sets low pully single arm curls at 60, 70, 80, 90, pounds (sets of 8) 4 sets double high pully curls at 35, 45, 55, 60 pounds (sets of 8) Last set of double high pully curlas are done at 40 pounds to failure
Triceps Flat bench close grips. (4 sets at 8 reps with between 145 to 180 pounds) High cable pull downs ( 4 sets at 12 reps with 150 pounds) High cable overhead ( 4 sets at 12 reps with 130 pounds) High cable inverted hand pulldowns (3 sets at 80 pounds)
Day 2 1 mile roadwork 300 crunches
Shoulders front dumbell raises (5 sets of 8 with 15 pounds to 40 pounds in 5 pound increases) Side dumbell raises (5 sets of 8 with 15 pounds to 40 pounds in 5 pound increases)
Traps Dumbell shrugs ( 4 sets at 70 pounds) Straightbar schrugs ( 1 set of 15 at 135 pounds, 1 set of 12 with 225 pounds, 1 set of 8 with 315 pounds 3 sets behind the back straight bar with 180 pounds
Day 3 Back 5 sets of seated cable pulldowns with 140 to 200 pounds. 5 sets straight arm high pully pulldows with 120 pounds
Chest 6 sets butterflys with starting weight of 80 pounds all the way up to whatever my body will give me that day. 6 sets of open arm butterflys with same weight incriments as above.
Day 4 off
Day 5 1 mile roadwork 300 crunches Legs These excercies vary but range from squats to hamsting and quad extensions. Also like to play with the total gym machine
Day 6 Circuit day I do the entire upperbody routine above but with very light weight and very hi reps ( Great cardio workout with this day as well)
Day 7 Off

Wow umm yeah I cant help ya there like you said bong Im one of the lazy ones I used to do a shit load of stuff and when I never lost wait after a yr of doing it I gave up!!! I now take diet pills but thats just fat and when you play around with the lil ones (kids) it also helps. Rap I am very impressed with what you do. Frost way to go man but working out 3 times a day can get old and can also hurt your body you can't start out like that it causes to much stress on your body. Im not being mean but for people who arnt used to it cant start off like that I just dont want someone to get hurt plz dont take it wrong man its awesome that you can do that so awesome

lol, ima have to find weights that will suit me, cause the high numbers you posted.. most of them weigh more then me!! LMFAO I'm at 165 right now.. from what i did yesterday. i can feel it in my gut, my shoulder blades, my triceps, and my biceps.. cant feel too much in my legs, so i think ima work my legs out a bit more today.. the setup sounds about awesome rap! thanks alot, ima have to get some ink so i can print it out and make a poster of it for my wall!!! LMAO Eddie i cant run more than 1/2 a mile at a time, and jog maybe a mile.. i smoke cigs still and they are a cardio killer! so soon ima start workin on cuttin down on them.. as soon as i get a job, ima buy me a membership to our local Rec. center. that way i can go swimmin, workout, play bball, and whatnot.. for now ima have to do what i can at home, which wont be anything big, but it will deff tone.. LMFAO! ok, so i feel so weak right now haha!
i'm so out of shape its uncool..
i just did 15 pushups and collapsed, 20 situps and couldn't reach 21..
ima rest today and tomorrow, then get back to my full sets on monday, and start out from there.. gotta get me a rutine. this shit didn't make me happy!! LMAO
its not cause i'm weak, its cause i'm sore.. painfully sore !! lol.

Okay I don't know what they are called but something to help out your legs at home thats simple and easy. Lay down on the floor on either side (left or right) lift your leg about two inches away from the other one now don't ever let your leg go lower then that, lift your leg straight up in the air as high as you can and do this slowly put it back down to that two inch mark and repeat as many times as you can on both legs. I know your all like whatever easy chick shit but I can do more of those then ninja can it burns like crazy!! You can also lay on your back and lift both feet off the floor again two inches, without bending at the knee lift your legs up as high as you can and go down to the two inch mark and repeat. If thats to easy do what I do and lift your upper body off the floor a lil bit too not to much tho. I don't know it all sounds gay and easy but it really does help my legs were always solid. Just something you can do at home.

Oh another thing for when your laying on your back put something under your butt it helps. A small soft bouncy ball is the best cause it moves around and makes you work more muscles.
